About This Spot
Stepping into Ladner Ming Court Restaurant feels like slipping into a quietly familiar neighborhood retreat where the pace slows just enough to savor simple pleasures. Nestled in the heart of Delta, this modest Chinese eatery carries the unassuming charm of a local favorite—a place where the clatter of dishes and murmur of conversation create a comforting backdrop rather than a bustling roar.

On the plate, the familiar unfolds with subtle attention—a balance of textures and tastes that comforts as much as satisfies. Dishes that bring together crisp vegetables and the snap of fresh ingredients mingle effortlessly with hearty fried rice or a flavorful citrus-touched chicken. You might find your meal peppered with surprising notes—a sweet and sour cod that elevates a classic twist, or spring rolls that crunch just right, inviting you to slow down and appreciate the simple craftsmanship behind each bite.
For those drawn to a quick, satisfying refuel or a casual sit-down, Ladner Ming Court quietly stands as a place rooted in local rhythms—where warm, uncomplicated meals feed more than just hunger; they nurture a sense of place and comfort that beckons locals and visitors alike to return. We got take out for supper. Veggie chow mein had tons of fresh veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, baby corn, mushrooms etc). The texture of the noodles was good, a mix of soft and saucy and crunchy. The veggie spring rolls were super crunchy and good. The sweet and sour cod was the highlight! Such a creative twist on a old fave. Garlic guy lan was good too. Maybe they will have dine in again one day- I would love to go for dim sun there some day!

I don’t know about the other comments, but I ordered a fried rice and the portion was HUGE for its price. If you just want a quick fill up then this is your place.
